The tests conducted at the Basic Power, Inc. production facility in East Stroudsburg, PA demonstrate that the BPU™ technology reduces kW consumption and that this reduction can be observed using the Acuvim II meter in combination with the Acuview software.

These tests also show that there is a nominal reduction of kW at the utility mains when a load is connected to an additional transformer on the facility side of the utility meter and that placing an appropriately sized BPU™ unit at the panel connected to the transformer will reduce kW on that part of the service.
