Location: Courtyard by Marriott, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Date: April 12, 2015 - May 20, 2015

The hotel is three stories and has 114 guestrooms, an indoor pool, laundry facilities, one elevator, one small conference room, a fitness center and a bistro. Over the last twelve months, it consumed on average 68,000 kWh/month and on average $6,100/month in electrical charges.

Based on the electrical bills provided and site assessment, it was determined that a C-208-4 model would be demonstrated.

3 tests were made at the building in different conditions. Tests show multiple benefits including up to 15.76% kW on demand power reduction.
